The purpose of this site is to build a large list of Texas voters that will persuade Texas Politicians to allow Casinos in Texas. Billions of Texas dollars leave Texas to help other States. Over 35 US States are listed to have Casinos. Why not Texas?

Texas already has Para mutual gambling with Horse and Dog racing and of course the Texas Lottery. Texas also has the Mega Millions multi-state lottery which helps other States as well. While we are not opposed to helping other States, it would be nice to take care of Texas and Texas Tax payers.

Money from Casinos could be used to lower property and school taxes. This money will shrink the growing Texas Budget deficit. Best of all this is money Texans are already spending in Other States. Texas receives these funds without raising taxes or the cost of anything. In addition Thousands of new jobs will be created.

Louisiana Casinos account for over 100,000 Jobs and $1.5 Billion in wages annually. It just makes good sense. Why should Texans keep sending Billions of dollars to help other states while suffering in our own? Join other Texans. Fill out the information needed on the petition. As long as the Horse and Dog Tracks (Racinos) do not agree to work with the Resort Casinos, the tracks themselves will never get the 2/3 vote to get a monopoly for slots at the tracks. It's imperative the two industries work together so money will stay in Texas.
